I am disappointed with my recent experience with Dr. Silvers. I had visited the office several times prior to this and had consistently positive interactions. However, during my most recent appointment, there appeared to be a miscommunication regarding the purpose of my visit. I acknowledged this and apologized if the misunderstanding was on my part. Unfortunately, the tone of the appointment was noticeably different from my previous experiences. The usual professional and courteous bedside manner from Dr. Silvers was absent, and the interaction felt dismissive and uncomfortable. At the conclusion of the visit, there was no guidance on next steps or assistance with checkout, which added to my confusion. I also have not been contacted to reschedule which further makes me question the professionalism of this doctor. I left the office feeling unsettled by the experience. As a healthcare provider myself, I understand that miscommunications can happen, but I believe they should be handled with professionalism and clear communication. This experience did not meet those expectations. That being said, Cassie, who did most of the intake, working up and scheduling was wonderful and clearly

I was very nervous about my tooth extraction and implant placement. To my great relief, the procedure took only about 1/2 hour - there was some minor pressure but no pain. Both Dr. Silvers and Cassie made sure I was comfortable throughout. I cannot say enough good things about my experience there and would recommend this practice to everyone.

It was important to me as an anxious patient to feel comfortable and informed about my implant procedure. Dr. Silvers and staff accomplished both with their professional and empathetic approach to patient care. I trust the process and absolute capability of both Dr. Silvers and his kind staff. Dr. Silvers and his team are the BEST. He's always learning and growing his skills, and it results in phenomenal care. I just had my first tooth extraction, and I was scared so I kept my eyes shut tight. I thought he had been prepping and was about to start...but the whole procedure was already over! What a master of his craft. This is the place to go for the best care.

I just turned 60 and I realize that I have 13 implants from Dr. Silvers. I rarely write a review for anyone but Mark is one of the finest dental professionals you can ask for. If you are worried about spending the money, I can testify that every penny was well spent. Dr. Silvers works with my family dentist Dr. Mathew Lackney in Mariemont who I also recommend. Both offices work hand in hand taking care of me. Sadly, I have had to spend this kind of money but I feel blessed to have these two Doctors in my life. Best wishes to you.

I saw Dr. Silvers for about 5 years, but the health of my gums deteriorated nevertheless. I kept all of my maintenance appointments, but they did not prevent further problems. Implants cost a small fortune with no insurance reimbursement, so they are not the answer.

My regular dentist referred me to Dr. Silvers for gum grafting. I was not thrilled to have it done but Dr. Silvers did a great job and it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be. The final result turned out very well! The staff was supportive and friendly too. I highly recommend this practice as Dr. Silvers does very nice work!

Dr. Silvers and his staff are incredible! I have always dreaded going to the dentist, but they made my experience so easy and painless. Dr. Silvers explained what to expect in detail and the results are better than I ever could have imagined. The girls are so nice and caring. They even check up on you later in the day after your procedure. 5 stars no doubt!
